Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Operations Specialist at Sophie’s Online Shopping in Nairobi, Kenya. The E-Commerce Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, overseeing sales processes, and coordinating projects to enhance the overall e-commerce experience.
