The product is perfect. I had a missing component and that is where the isssue was. Getting a response from Whatsapp or on call was impossible. It made my experience bad. Giving 3 star because the product was good.

I love my new flashlight. It's light and very bright particularly suited for use here where I live which has a lot of trees and foliage making the place very very dark at night. I am yet to use the foldable table lamp but I see it to be bright enough as well for reading. I think that the on-off switch however has to be made more firm as it gets turned on very easily. When the flashlight is in a bag together with other items, it easily gets turned on sometimes without my knowledge I found out. The pride is also not bad, could be better though.
