I'm back here to remind you that order #463129 has remained unfulfilled since 29th Nov 2024. On 2nd Feb 2025 you apologized and wrote that you were processing a refund. However, 6 weeks later I have neither seen the order or the refund or just a simple communication of what is going on.
This is below poor customer service!

I made an order no. 463129 for this shoe on 29th Nov 2024 and delivery was indicated as the days between Christmas and New Year. I whatsapped you on Jan 6th after missing delivery and you apologized said that you will make sure it happened by 20th Jan. Again this came and passed and when I messaged you again on 27th Jan you just blue ticked me. How are you still selling a product that you aren't able to deliver for the last two, now going into 3 months?
