It's improper and deceitful to place such an item for sale as the genuine article being displayed in the advertisement that made me want to buy this item. You are lying to your buyers. I purchased this item as per promotion attached but what I got was a tiny toy not the big washer shown in the promotion pictures. This is a scum. When I asked for a refund, I have so far been ignored despite paying your rejection fees of Ksh 320/. Urgently refund my money.
