Are you people really genuine ?

The product delivered was not as specified. The specs were off, Initiative to reach out to the concerned faced no proper defined response. A 500gb drive is nothing near a 256 gb SSD, A black top casing is different from a grey casing as advertised. Wrong and deliberate misleading advertisement of a touch screen. Are you guys really genuine ?
