INSTRUCTIONS

1. First time using, when low battery, the power indicator will turn on. Flash and beep .charge the product before using.

2. Pull apart the Velcro part

3. When binding the massage instrument to the lower leg ,make sure the power button faces right, then adjust to proper

tightness.(Note: it can be used under clothes).

4, Long press the power ① button. a beep will sound to indicate the product has been started , it will enter model 1

by default, press M to switch mode.

5. When pressing the M key to switch the mode, it will beep, and the indicator light will show white, which means mode 1,

green means mode 2, and blue means mode 3. This is a cycle. Long press the M key to turn on / off the heating

6. After starting, the default setting time is 15minutes.when time is up ,it will enter the shut-down mode. long press the

power button to restart.

7. When the USB is plugged in for charging, the charging indicator shows red when low battery ,green when full charged, while charging ,the product is not in function , pressing any button has no effect.
