I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of the warm baby sleeping bag ordered on 20th August. I did not receive it until 29th October, which is an unreasonably long wait of over two months. To make matters worse, when it finally arrived, it was far too small and only suitable for a newborn, which means my baby is already outgrowing it by the time it reached us. This is frustrating as I was expecting the item to be of practical use, especially when purchasing it in advance.

Furthermore, I found your customer service to be incredibly poor. Throughout this waiting period, I received no communication about the delays. I had to reach out via Facebook to get any response, only to be misinformed that the parcel would take 21 days to arrive—when, in fact, it took more than double that time.

In the future, I strongly urge you to improve your communication with customers and be more transparent about expected delivery times. Providing an accurate waiting period upfront would allow customers to plan better and avoid this level of frustration.

This experience has been far from satisfactory, and I will be hesitant to order from you again in the future.
