Undelivered Zealot P1 40W

The Zealot Speaker never arrived even after waiting for more than two months. No one made any effort to explain the reason for the delayed delivery until I made the call and given unsatisfactory response several times. Some efforts were made to offer an alternative allegedly with similar specs but it was not the case when I received it. I had to return it to your shop. Honesty is key to winning the hearts of your clients. I would've given zero rating if it was an option.
The only good thing is that I received my refund but after a follow-up.
