The warehouse of Sophie’s Online Shopping is located in Nairobi. One is in Cabanas, one is in Kilimani and the other one is in CBD. We also have our own delivery team in Nairobi. Therefore,

1. for the customers from Nairobi, we will deliver the orders through our own riders. Most of the time, our customers will get the orders the second day after they place the orders.
2. for the customers outside of Nairobi, we will deliver the orders through G4S, Fargo or Speedaf. Usually our customers will get the orders the third day after they place the order.
