No product delivery and no refund

I have bought this product and another one but have not received either product. They have been terrible with their communication and have not given me the product I have paid for and they have not given me a refund. They ignore me then apologise and say they will give me a refund on Friday and when Friday comes, they do not deliver on their promise and ignore me some more and then they contact me and apologise and say they will deliver on Friday again, the same thing happens. I am sick and tired of this. Either give me my product or give a a refund!
