Pathetic product

I wish i read the reviews before purchasing. I cannot explain my disappointments knowing it was a gift for my son. And i dm you guys and no response vut when i wanted to buy the response was immediate. It's so unfortunate that you receive all these negative reviews on almost all your products but not doing much. So unfortunate. The one i purchased doesn't connect to phone and keeps going off!! Pathetic!!
