Usage Instructions

Hot Use:
Unpack the gel pack and soak it in warm water below 40°C for about 5 minutes.

Cold Use:
Unpack the gel pack and cool it with ice cubes or place it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Caution

• Do not use if you have ocular bleeding.
• When the ambient temperature is below 0°C, remove the gel pack to continue use.
• Remove the outer OPP bag before use.
