I loved the product. I want however happy that the delivery had to take a whooping 2 months to be honored even after a full payment had been done. Very much unacceptable.

Order was to be delivered in 2-3weeks. 6 weeks later am still to receive my order which has been paid for in full. My efforts to reach the Sophie’s team on email and phone have been unsuccessful. The team is not responding to my emails or texts.
