I ordered and paid for 3 orders in July. I was called by John for the 1st order and was informed that it will take 3 weeks. Since then I have waited, written sms, emails and tried to call but no response. I I have forwarded the orders I made and nobody responds. I am a very disappointed customer, especially because Sophie Online requires you pay before getting your order. I would like to know when I can get what ordered and paid for. What is the status of my orders. Should I expect them or my money is lost.
