FBS products are the products that are available in Sophie’s warehouse.
These products are delivered on the next working day.
These products do not have tags on our website.
Drop Shipping (DS) Products
A drop-shipping product is a product that is shipped from our local suppliers/vendors who are within the country.
This means that Sophie’s Online Shopping does not have the product in its warehouse and hence, once a customer places an order, Sophie’s picks the product from its local vendor/supplier and delivers it to the customer. This takes 2-3 days for the product to reach the customer.

Global Shipping (GS) Products
These are products that are not locally available within the country. The products are shipped from abroad and delivered to customers within 21 working days of order placement.
